Payer Contract Manager

Managing contracting activities for the Payer Contracting Department, the full-time Payer Contract Manager will coordinate negotiations, assess payer relationships, and ensure contract compliance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate and participate in the negotiation of fee-for-service contracts and risk-sharing arrangements Assess and evaluate payer relationships to identify opportunities for improvement Serve as the primary contact for communication with payers and internal constituents Required qualifications Associate's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred Minimum three (3) years of experience in Payer or Provider Contracting and healthcare contract negotiations Experience with Value Based Contract requirements EPIC Billing Experience preferred
