Other Requirements Applicants should be in good physical condition to perform services on residential and commercial structures including climbing into attics, basements, and crawlspaces. Applicants must have a valid US driving license and a clean driving record. All new hires receive a drug test and background check. Applicants must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays.
