You will take ownership of the production schedule for the next 1-5 weeks, ensuring a realistic and efficient plan is in place. By monitoring forecasts, collaborating with the supply chain, and understanding our manufacturing capabilities, you will have the autonomy to make critical judgments that drive our business forward and ensure exceptional performance.What You’ll Be DoingStrategic Production Planning: Develop and manage production plans that balance customer demand, operational capacity, and material availability to meet ambitious targets for on-time delivery, inventory levels, and productivity.Demand & Forecast Management: Actively participate in monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings. Analyze sales forecasts, identify and correct discrepancies, and perform Available-to-Promise (ATP) checks to ensure reliable commitments to our customers.Supply Chain Optimization: Be a key driver for efficiency. Work with operations to continuously improve lead times and manage material flows for new product introductions and localization projects.Inventory Control: Implement and manage our inventory strategy using Plan For Every Part (PFEP) methodologies. You will define and maintain parameters within SAP to ensure we meet our inventory turn targets.Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a central communication hub.
