ALM Commercial Landscaping is searching for Landscape Crew & Drivers to perform a variety of lawn care maintenance services for our commercial and residential clients to join our new Decatur office! Our Driver's must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. These positions are fulltime and benefit eligible positions and we pay weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long-term career and we are ready to invest in their growth!
Responsibilities:- Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers.
- Trimming and edging using gas powered trimmers.
- Hand pulling weeds.
- Picking up trash and yard debris.
- Operating backpack blower to blow leaves and/or grass clippings.
- Drivers Only -Driving company vehicle to and from work sites with crew members.
- Other responsibilities as directed.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of landscape/lawn care experience is preferred; open to training.
- Bilingual--Spanish/English preferred.
- Must be at least 18 yrs of age.
- Drivers Only -Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening; must be at least 21 yrs of age.
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day.
