State & Local Tax Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform detail reviews of client’s state tax filings
  • Perform Nexus studies to determine where clients should register and file tax returns
  • Assist clients with various state tax planning issues
  • Develop sales tax taxability matrices for clients
  • Research issues and draft technical memoranda regarding various state tax issues
  • Serve as a technical resource for various professionals in the Firm 

Note that this firm also has a Tax SENIOR job-working in the same group.
