What You’ll Do

As a Property Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your community, driving performance while creating an exceptional resident experience:

• Lead daily operations of a multifamily community
• Manage leasing, occupancy, and resident retention strategies
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting
• Supervise and motivate onsite team members (leasing & maintenance)
• Ensure property compliance with company standards and local regulations
• Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of multifamily Property Management experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience with budgeting, NOI, and operational performance
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• AppFolio or other property management software experience is a plus
