Quantitative Research Associate
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting applied research and evaluation projects, the full-time remote Quantitative Research Associate will assist interdisciplinary teams in data collection, analysis, and reporting within the Human and Community Development program. Key responsibilities Assist project teams in compiling and synthesizing information through literature reviews and policy scans Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data, contributing to the interpretation and reporting of findings Support project management activities, including developing timelines and tracking project progress Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in social sciences, statistics, data science, or a related quantitative field with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree in a relevant field Experience conducting quantitative data collection and managing quantitative data Proficiency in quantitative data analysis software, such as Stata or R Familiarity with data management and collaborative coding in R and/or Stata Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a virtual work environment Virtual Vocations Inc
