- Own the strategy, roadmap, and success of a core product area
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Partner with engineering to deliver high-impact product enhancements
- Use data and SQL to guide product decisions and prioritization
- Lead product discovery, experimentation, and optimization initiatives
- Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Proven experience owning products from concept through delivery
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on SQL experience
- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams
- Experience solving ambiguous business problems with limited direction
- Background in high-growth, product-led organizations is highly preferred
- Own products with direct business impact
- Work in a lean, empowered Product organization
- High visibility with executive leadership
- Significant autonomy and opportunity to influence product strategy
