Business Reporting Analyst

Business Reporting AnalystOur client, a commercial banking company, is looking for a Business Reporting Analyst for their Charlotte, NC location.Responsibilities:Develop, automate, and maintain weekly and monthly digital and marketing performance reporting routines and dashboards.Support design, testing, and implementation of AI-enabled reporting and analytics agents.Develop and enhance KPI frameworks, scorecards, and operational performance metrics to support business decision-making.Proactively monitor production, balances, and marketing data to identify anomalies, emerging trends, and operational risks.Perform root cause analysis and partner with business, data, and technology teams to research and resolve performance variances.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, standardize reporting processes, and reduce manual effort through automation.Define, implement, and monitor metrics and controls to ensure adherence to established business processes, reporting routines, and governance standards.Document and standardize reporting methodologies, KPI definitions, and AI-enabled processes to drive consistency and scalability across the organization.Requirements:5+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, analytics, process improvement, or performance management.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and analytics tools.Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.Experience with AI, automation, digital analytics, or performance reporting preferred.Why Should You Apply?Health benefitsReferral programExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
