Sales Associate

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services



  • Achieve and exceed sales targets



  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and promotions



  • Process sales transactions accurately



  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction



  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales area



  • Contribute to team goals and overall business growth


Requirements:



  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills



  • Positive attitude and self-motivated



  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment



  • Flexible availability, including weekends if required


We are seeking someone who is confident, persuasive, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences while driving sales success.
