Facilities Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Do Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair warehouse equipment, pallet jacks, and facility components. Maintain warehouse racking and coordinate specialized repairs when needed. Assist with facility upgrades, installations, and improvement projects. Support HVAC, refrigeration, fire suppression, and other building systems. Operate warehouse cleaning equipment and maintain facility cleanliness standards. Conduct routine inspections and proactively address maintenance issues. Order parts and supplies needed for maintenance projects. Perform seasonal grounds maintenance, including mowing, snow removal, and ice control. Partner with warehouse and operations teams to maintain food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Preferred Experience 1+ years of maintenance, facilities, construction, mechanical, or related experience Experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, industrial, or production environment Experience with equipment repair, preventive maintenance, or building systems Qualifications Ability to safely use hand and power tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Understanding of OSHA and workplace safety practices Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience is a plus Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting throughout the day Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable working in warehouse environments, including dry, refrigerated, and freezer areas Why Join Cash-Wa?
