Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist (Spanish)

Job Summary This position works closely with commercial paint customers at Sherwin‑Williams to determine their needs, answer questions about products, recommend solutions, resolve concerns, and maintain high-quality visual standards. The role supports sales goals while ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Process sales transactions accurately and in compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain precise work order files and formulas. Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications. Clean store equipment. Assist in making deliveries, as needed. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options. Suggest ways to improve sales. Qualifications At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position. Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
