Trust Title LLC is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Escrow Team Lead to oversee escrow operations, lead and support the team, and ensure transactions move smoothly from opening through closing. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full title and escrow process, can confidently navigate complex title issues, and knows how to keep files moving while maintaining accuracy and compliance. You’ll be a key leader within the operation, driving accountability, solving problems, and creating a seamless closing experience for both the team and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the escrow team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Oversee the entire escrow process, ensuring all transactions are compliant with industry regulations and company standards.
• Resolve complex title issues by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless closing experience for clients.
• Monitor and manage the workflow of escrow files, ensuring timely and accurate processing from start to finish.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with title officers and underwriters to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate before closing dates are met successfully.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading and mentoring teams within the title industry, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Proven track record of managing the entire escrow process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Ability to resolve complex title issues by effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to monitor and manage the workflow of escrow files, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies to enhance team performance and drive operational excellence.
• Exceptional communication skills to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing outstanding service and addressing concerns promptly.
• Ability to coordinate with title officers and underwriters to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate before closing dates.
