The Opportunity to join a select team of experienced Nurse Practitioners. Immediate requirements for FNP & PMHNP working in Assisted Living and Independent Living properties along with Concierge medical services and working in a modern primary care clinic, providing comprehensive patient care through a fast growing and independent practice while collaborating as part of an experienced healthcare team. Positions for specialists for external patients and clinic visits, focuses on delivering high-quality clinical services. Other positions including FNP, peptide therapies, and overall wellness promotion. These positions offer opportunities for balanced clinical and administrative professional growth, with pathways for leadership development and enhancement of clinical skills. Bi-lingual is helpful but not required. DEA Licenses are required for all NP positions. All are 1099 positions for high achievers and experienced practitioners. Full support is given in patient development and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health through detailed evaluations
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans for a variety of conditions
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing therapies
• Provide patient education and promote healthy lifestyles
• Coordinate care across healthcare providers and services
• Monitor treatment compliance and patient progress
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for integrated care
• Conduct follow-up care to ensure treatment effectiveness
• Working with experienced peptide therapy specialists.
• TRT, HRT, PRP and other clean, USA sourced products and procedures.
• Support wellness initiatives to improve patient outcomes
