In this position, you'll handle the coordination of schedules and documentation to facilitate smooth repair processes. $16 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align schedules with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of scheduling changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Utilize CRM systems to track project progress and identify potential scheduling conflicts.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to address scheduling inquiries.
• Monitor resource availability and adjust schedules to optimize team productivity.
• Prepare and distribute detailed scheduling reports to management for review and decision-making purposes.

Qualifications:

• Must have strong computer skills
• Must have experience using Google Drive programs
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be available to work in-office 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday
• Must work well independently
• Bilingual is preferred but not required
