Location: Palmdale, CA 93550
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift (9/80 Schedule)
Pay Rate starting at : $36.75 per hour
Duration: 6-Month Consultant Assignment

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Analyst, you'll support manufacturing and tooling operations by:

• Tracking daily costs and supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) activities

• Creating weekly and monthly status reports

• Maintaining program visibility charts and metrics

• Managing tooling orders and documentation

• Validating incoming materials against bills of material (BOMs)

• Coordinating schedules with Production, Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineering teams

• Monitoring chemical inventory and usage records

• Conducting tool control, inventory audits, and asset tracking activities

• Supporting onboarding, team engagement, compliance, and safety initiatives

• Assisting with various manufacturing and assembly tooling projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience, Master's degree and 1+ year of experience, or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving

• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• Aerospace or defense industry experience

• Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge

• Cost account management experience

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Pay Details: $36.75 per hour
