Randolph Golf Complex, located in Tucson, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Refreshment Cart Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Key responsibilities include:

• Confirming beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course.
• Stocking and cleaning beverage cart throughout the day.
• Maintaining and exhibiting knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
• Ensuring guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient, and personalized manner.
• Serving food and beverage items to guests while on the course.
• Responding to customer questions regarding the general information of the facility.
• Reviewing schedules for changes, calendar of events, and club activities on a daily basis.
• Being accountable for all checks and cash transactions that may, at times, be high volume.
• Utilizing Point of Sales system (POS) and creating daily sales reports.
• Communicating guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director of Food and Beverage and Chef.
• Incorporating safe work practices in job performance.
• Performing other duties as required.

Minimum qualifications include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Other qualifications include:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Experience preferred but not required.

This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:
