What You’ll Do as a Recovery Assistant Assisting individuals with daily living activities and personal care. Encouraging self‑advocacy and fostering independence. Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals and navigating community resources. Promoting a positive and inclusive environment. Documenting progress and ensuring quality care is provided. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or working with individuals with disabilities or barriers to inclusion. A compassionate and patient approach to supporting others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to our mission of enhancing lives and promoting independence.
