Texas Sports Academy is seeking a talented and passionate Full-Stack Developer (AI-Augmented) to join our innovative tech team. Responsibilities Design and develop scalable web applications utilizing various technologies across the stack. Integrate AI algorithms and models to enhance user engagement and performance metrics. Collaborate with data scientists and designers to conceptualize features that meet user needs. Maintain and improve existing software applications to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure software reliability and performance. Document processes, specifications, and code to ensure team alignment and knowledge sharing. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a deep understanding of front-end and back-end technologies. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Flask). Familiarity with AI technologies and machine learning concepts. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
