Line Of Business Personal & Commercial Banking Job Description This role is a banking professional who plays a vital role in bringing TD's human, relationship driven banking experience to life by partnering with clients to help them confidently achieve their financial goals by delivering personalized solutions that support overall financial well-w?e?ing. This role is accountable for acquiring and deepening client relationships through consultative engagement, strong product knowledge, and disciplined execution that drive meaningful client outcomes while adhering to TD's risk and regulatory standards. Depth & Scope Drives acquisition in a bank location by engaging clients through walk-in opportunities, lead management, and outbound outreach, building meaningful connections that help clients achieve their financial goals Engages clients with curiosity, establishes purpose for the interaction, and conducts meaningful, goals-based discovery to uncover client needs and priorities Applies foundational banking knowledge to interpret client needs and validate understanding.
