We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team at Blue Circle Rehab. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to determine individual care needs.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately, including injections, IV infusions, catheterizations, and wound suturing, following established protocols.

• Manage complex clinical procedures such as ventilator management, dialysis coordination, cardiac catheterization support, and trauma response in Level I and Level II trauma center environments.

• Document all patient interactions meticulously within electronic health record (EHR) systems like PCC, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists in infectious disease care, behavioral health professionals, and case managers to develop and implement personalized care plans.

• Provide patient education on medication administration, pain management strategies, nutrition plans, and discharge instructions to promote optimal recovery outcomes.

• Participate in emergency response procedures including critical care response, neonatal resuscitation procedures (NRP), and trauma medicine protocols to ensure rapid intervention when needed.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia or Alzheimer's care needs.

• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as PCC for accurate medical documentation and coding (ICD-10/ICD-9).

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy & physiology principles, aseptic techniques, and infection control practices.

• Skilled in performing invasive procedures such as phlebotomy, venipuncture, tube feeding management, ostomy care, and laboratory specimen collection/processing.

• Excellent patient assessment skills combined with the ability to triage effectively during urgent or emergent situations; experience working in outpatient clinics or hospital environments highly valued.
