Evening Clinical Manager (LPN/RN) - Skilled Nursing We are seeking an Evening Clinical Manager to join our nursing leadership team. This position is open to a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, assisted living, memory care, or rehabilitation . The Evening Clinical Manager is responsible for providing nursing leadership, supporting resident care, supervising nursing staff, and helping ensure quality care is delivered throughout the evening shift. This role is ideal for an experienced LPN or RN who is ready to take the next step in nursing leadership within a skilled nursing facility . Responsibilities Oversee nursing operations on the assigned unit during the evening shift Supervise and support LPNs, RNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff Ensure resident care is provided according to care plans, physician orders, facility policies, and state and federal regulations Monitor resident changes in condition and ensure proper follow‑up and documentation Communicate with physicians, nurse practitioners, families, and interdisciplinary team members as needed Assist with admissions, readmissions, transfers, discharges, and clinical follow‑up Support medication administration, treatments, wound care, and other nursing services as appropriate Mentor, educate, and coach nursing staff to promote quality care and accountability Help maintain compliance with skilled nursing facility standards, infection control practices, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Prior nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility, long‑term care facility, assisted living, memory care, or rehabilitation setting Previous charge nurse, unit manager, clinical manager, or nursing leadership experience preferred Strong communication, documentation, and clinical decision‑making skills Ability to lead staff, prioritize resident needs, and respond to changes in condition Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and a resident‑centered approach to care Benefits Competitive starting wage Benefits for eligible employees Stable, family‑owned company culture Growth and development opportunities through Tutera University Supportive nursing leadership environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors Advanced Pay Financial Literacy Classes Employee Assistance Program offering Mental Health Resources, Legal Guidance, Financial Information, and more!
