The Role As an MRT within our network, you are the backbone of patient diagnostics. We are actively seeking professionals across all disciplines , including Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, and Magnetic Resonance. Whether you specialize in General Radiography, Mammography, BMD, or high-level Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT imaging, you will utilize state-of-the-art technology to provide high-quality results while upholding the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities: Diagnostic Excellence: Perform high-quality examinations in your specialized modalities (X-ray, Mammo, BMD, and/or Nuclear Medicine). Specialized Focus: For Nuclear Medicine professionals, lead in radiopharmaceutical administration and imaging. (Experience as a Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) is a significant asset!) Patient Advocacy: Provide compassionate care, guiding patients through procedures to minimize "scan-xiety" and ensure comfort. Clinical Collaboration: Partner with leading radiologists and physicians to ensure diagnostic accuracy and timely results. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to provincial safety standards ( ALARA ) and maintain meticulous records. Quality Control: Ensure equipment performance and procedural integrity in a culture of excellence. Candidate Requirements We are looking for dedicated professionals who pride themselves on technical precision and a "patient-first" mindset. Credentialing: Active registration with CMRITO (College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario) is mandatory. Experience: Proven competence in your primary discipline (Radiography or Nuclear Medicine). Specialized experience in Mammography (OBSP) , BMD , or Advanced NucMed protocols is highly valued. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to pivot between independent work and team collaboration.
