Other minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related business-related field. Five to eight years of HR experience with at least two years of experience as a Generalist and/or HR Business Partner experience. Higher Education experience a plus, along with work experience in a unionized setting preferred. Professional Human Resources certification from SHRM/HRCI or other similar professional organization is also preferred.
