Litigation Associate Attorney

Compensation: 100000.-140000. / Annually Our client, a highly respected multi-service law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney , to join their winning team in Walden. Our candidate of choice will bring a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in New York State. The ideal candidate will have significant courtroom experience, strong legal writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage cases independently from inception through resolution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle all aspects of litigation from case intake through trial, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and negotiations Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, and memoranda Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials Manage and prioritize a dynamic caseload in collaboration with senior attorneys and support staff Maintain client communication and foster strong client relationships KEY QUALIFICATIONS: J.D. from an accredited law school Admitted and in good standing with the New York State Bar Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in New York, with a focus on civil or commercial matters Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills Proven ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines Trial or arbitration experience preferred but not required Exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills WE OFFER: Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more Professional development support and CLE opportunities Collegial work environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance Opportunities for advancement within a growing litigation department Please apply today to be immediately considered for the role! #J-18808-Ljbffr
