RN Nurse Manager

*Overview*
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Kalispell Rehab! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to our residents and be a team player all around.

The primary purpose of this job position is to identify and meet the medical, physical, and psychosocial needs of each resident in accordance with physician orders and the resident plan of care as well as federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure that the highest quality of resident care is maintained at all times. The unit manager assumes the authority, responsibility and accountability necessary to understand and carry out his or her assigned duties within the scope of practice. Supervision responsibilities for the floor nurses. Must help cover shifts and participate in the rotating on call. One weekend a month.

Must be able to perform assigned tasks with a positive attitude and set an example for all those you will be supervising.

Must help foster and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, cheerfulness, enthusiasm and compassion, giving residents the quality of service you would want to receive.

Qualified candidates must be a Registered Nurse in the state of Montana and have experience working in a long-term care setting. A strong knowledge of geriatric nursing practices and excellent communication skills are essential.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
