Project Manager – Customer Communications & Campaign Delivery

We are looking for a Project Manager to support customer communication initiatives. In this role, you will manage multiple communication campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of customer-facing communications. You will oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination across various communication channels.

Key responsibilities include managing 10–12 concurrent projects and communication campaigns simultaneously, coordinating delivery across multiple communication channels, developing, maintaining, and tracking project plans, timelines, and deliverables, monitoring project progress and proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts, participating in project kickoffs, prioritization meetings, problem-solving sessions, and operational reviews, and supporting preparation of project materials and status updates for leadership reviews when required.

Requirements include 3+ years of Project Management experience managing multiple concurrent projects, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion, ability to influence stakeholders, follow up effectively, and ensure accountability to timelines, strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, experience with project management tools, financial services experience is a plus but not required, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Preferred skills include strong project planning and execution capabilities, excellent problem-solving and risk management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables, proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior managers, business owners, and creative teams, and experience in customer communications, marketing campaigns, or agency environments is an advantage.

Location: Riverwoods, IL/Richmond, VA (Hybrid Onsite role)

Salary and other compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $60,000–$65,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
