Job Description
We are seeking tutors for ALL subject areas K-12 including SAT/ACT prep! This is a part time position, $18-20/hr. We encourage applicants from Charlottesville, Crozet, Ruckersville, Louisa, Earlysville, Gordonsville, Keswick, and Scottsville to apply.
PLEASE NOTE: This position is in-person tutoring within the student’s home.

What do we look for in a tutor?
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality
- Minimum AA Degree (BA or Teaching Certificate preferred)
- Minimum of one (1) year of tutoring experience
- Strong academic background in your preferred tutoring subject(s)
- Reliable transportation required for in-home sessions
Position Details:
- Part-time, in-person tutoring in students' homes
- Subjects: All K-12 subjects, including SAT/ACT prep
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and subject area)
- Location(s): Must be local to the cities listed above to be considered
