Where You Come In We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer to transform visions into reality. You’ll dive into client projects, craft stunning designs in 20/20, and guide customers through smart product selections—all while keeping budgets and timelines on track. All of our cabinet lines are proudly Made in the USA, making them easier to sell and more attractive than imported cabinets that face tariffs and delivery uncertainties. What Makes a Successful Designer Here Organized, creative, and driven A designer who sells as well as creates Confident in 20/20 (multiple cabinet lines a plus) Experienced with both trade professionals and homeowners Strong communicator who thrives in a team environment Sharp project manager with an eye for detail Comfortable coordinating with installers and contractors What You’ll Need 3+ years of kitchen design & sales experience 2+ years of 20/20 software experience (portfolio required) Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Degree in Interior Design (preferred, not required) NKBA certification (a plus) What’s In It For You First year earning potential: $65K-$75K Base salary, commission & bonus potential Benefits: PTO, 401(k), healthcare, and work-life balance A chance to do what you love—design—while being supported by a strong, collaborative sales team An easier sell—our cabinet lines are made in the USA, avoiding tariff costs and shipping delays tied to imports How to Apply No phone calls, please.
