Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Ewing, NJ. The ideal candidate with experience leading end-to-end data migration initiatives, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of data across enterprise systems .

Rate Range: $68/hour to $83/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end data migration activities including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL) from legacy systems into Windchill and integrated platforms.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and successful system adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical resources to support migration planning and execution activities.
• Establish data validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes to ensure compliance with business and system requirements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data migration issues while minimizing risks and ensuring project timelines are met.
• Provide leadership, governance, and documentation throughout the migration lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition to the target environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data migration, data management, or enterprise system implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Windchill PLM, data migration strategies, ETL processes, data mapping, and data validation methodologies.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, ensuring data integrity, and managing large-scale migration projects from legacy systems to target platforms.

Pay Details: $68.00 to $83.00 per hour
