Job Summary At Nyack Ridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, we are seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care, and mentoring staff. Responsibilities Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff during weekend shifts Ensure residents receive exceptional, compassionate, and individualized nursing care Conduct regular clinical rounds and assess resident conditions Respond promptly to changes in condition, emergencies, falls, admissions, and other clinical situations Serve as the primary nursing leader and resource for staff during weekend operations Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care, incidents, and nursing reports Monitor compliance with infection control practices, medication administration, and facility policies Mentor and coach nursing staff while promoting teamwork and professional development Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience Previous experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care facility strongly preferred Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($50-$55/hour) Paid time off Holiday pay Supportive leadership team Opportunities for career growth and advancement How to Apply If you are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to join a dedicated team that is making a difference every day in the lives of our residents, submit your resume today.
