CE Logistics, LLC is looking for qualified straight truck non-CDL drivers. The Full-Time Truck Driver/Loader is responsible for safely operating the box truck to pick up bags of shoes, including loading and unloading them, from various locations throughout United States, which requires the employee to be out of state for 16-23 days at a time. This role requires adherence to all safety and regulatory guidelines, including DOT regulations, while ensuring timely and accurate pickups and unloading. The individual will also assist in contributing to efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate box truck in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws, and company policies.
• Load and unload bags of shoes, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of pickups, including, but not likely to, documentation and logs.
• Collaborate with office team and other team members to coordinate pickups and unloads.
• Provide excellent customer service during an interaction with clients.
• Unloading and stacking bags of shoes in shipping containers or tractor trailers through United States.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license (NON-CDL) with a clean driving record. 2 Years clean DMV/MVR record with 2 or less moving violations. At least 25 years of age required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a DOT Medical Card for commercial driving.
• Proven experience as a truck driver, more than 1 year. Driving school or safety certifications preferred but not necessary.
• Submit a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history), Motor Vehicle report (including driving record and traffic violations), and drug and alcohol screening.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely, utilizing proper PPE.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must speak/write English.
• Ability to work independently and/or under minimum supervision, problem solve.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to truck driving and cargo handling.
• Ability to work in all types of environments; including but not limited to outdoors, cold and hot climate conditions.
• Willingness to travel by plane, or bus as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required.
