Systems Ops Administrator Role
Join Twilio as a Systems Ops Administrator, a vital role supporting our Global Sales organizations. This position blends technical Salesforce administration with data stewardship, ensuring high process integrity across multiple Salesforce instances. You'll play a key role in enhancing data quality and driving sales insights that help shape customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Perform data audits and enhance firmographic information across systems.
- Oversee synchronization of Salesforce data with ERP/Billing systems.
- Document data requirements and strategies for standardization and validation.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and Business Stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with ADM-201 certification.
- Experience in data quality analysis within complex system architectures.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and Salesforce automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across the organization.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
