PRACTICE COORDINATOR

Krengel Dental is seeking a Full-Time Practice Coordinator to support our growing, modern general dental practice in St. Louis Park . We’re a fast-paced, centrally located office with a welcoming environment and a commitment to excellence in both patient care and teamwork. We’re looking for a dependable, enthusiastic, and adaptable individual who thrives in a collaborative setting and takes initiative to keep our schedule—and our patients—running smoothly every day. This position is full-time 5 days a week approx. 38 – 40 hours/week. We see patients Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (no nights or weekends!) If you’re motivated, service-minded, and ready to make a difference in the lives of our patients, we’d love to hear from you! Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish Answer phones with excellent communication skills and polished phone etiquette Proactively manage and optimize the daily schedule for both hygiene and doctor appointments Check patients in and out efficiently; collect and post payments accurately Verify and coordinate insurance benefits; follow up on outstanding claims in a timely manner Support a culture of teamwork, positivity, and continuous improvement Adaptability and initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated commitment to five-star customer service Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Team player with a selfless attitude and motivation to support both patients and colleagues Prior dental experience and management experience preferred (but not required); Open Dental experience is a plus why you’ll love working with us Competitive compensation with bonus potential Supportive, fun, and team-oriented work environment State‑of‑the‑latest dental technology Opportunity to grow with a thriving, patient-focused practice core values: who we are Can Do!
