Job Title
Provee servicios de Terapia Recreativa los cuales incluyen: avaluacin, intervencin a travs de modalidades grupales, individuales y/o educativas y reevaluacin del tratamiento. Desarrolla el plan de cuidado continuo del paciente/cliente. Planifica e implementa programacin segn necesidades de la poblacin a la cual sirve y bajo supervisin del Coordinador Clnico del Servicio. Documenta y mantiene comunicacin profesional como evidencia de prestacin del servicio. Provisin del servicio puede ser una forma directa o en consultora. Mantiene una conducta profesional, cumple con los estndares de su profesin, cdigo de tica y las polticas establecidas en la institucin. Demuestra crecimiento y competencia profesional.
Qualifications
Ubicacion: MANATI
Requisitos: Bachillerato en Terapia Recreativa, Educacin Fsica y Recreacin. Preferible dos aos de experiencia como Terapista Recreativo en ambiente psiquitrico. Certificacin de Instructor de Aerbicos y Entrenador Personal para ofrecer capacitacin fsica, es preferible.
