Lead AI UX Designer Lead AI-driven UX design and help shape the future of agentic interfaces in the financial services industry! We are seeking a Lead AI UX Designer to operate at the intersection of design craft and AI-augmented delivery. In this role, you will own the end-to-end experience design for enterprise agentic interfaces — including conversational workflows, multi-step task orchestration and trust-calibration patterns. This involves building systems where AI agents discover information across fragmented sources, navigate governance and surface decision‑ready context. In this role, you will lead a standalone, highly visible design pod for a leading global financial services firm, consult directly with stakeholders, present experience frameworks and prove the efficiency of AI‑driven methodologies; a unique opportunity to shape a nascent agentic experience framework while delivering production‑ready designs that maintain coherence across multi‑agent interactions. As a leader, you treat AI tools the way a power user treats a codebase — orchestrating workflows, iterating rapidly and applying human judgment.
