Pediatric Associates is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join our practices in Jacksonville, Florida.

Position Overview:

• Opportunity for 4 or 5-day work week
• No weekends
• Opportunity to round on newborns but not required
• Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
• Covering:
  • St Augustine, Towncenter, Bartram Park, Orange Park and Lakewood

Education, Licensure & Certification:

• M.D. or D.O. degree required
• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment
