My client is an ISO 9001:2015 certified supplier of pneumatic assemblies, custom cable harness assemblies, electrical control panels, and machine shop services for the machinery OEM, robotic, automation, and integration industries. They have been serving customers for over 25 years 

About the Role

We are hiring a General Laborer to support daily operations across our production floor, warehouse, and shipping areas. This is a hands-on role that keeps materials moving, workstations stocked, and the facility running smoothly. It's a great entry point into a manufacturing environment with exposure to cable assembly, pneumatic assembly, and machine shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and organize materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility
• Assist production staff with material handling, kitting, and workstation setup
• Support shipping and receiving, including loading, unloading, packing, and labeling
• Perform basic assembly support tasks under direction of production leads
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Break down packaging, manage scrap, and maintain general housekeeping
• Assist with inventory counts and stocking as needed
• Take on other duties as assigned to support production schedules

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a full shift
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
• Basic attention to detail when handling parts and materials
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production setting
• Forklift or pallet jack experience
• Familiarity with basic hand tools
