Position Overview The Campstore Associate is a brand ambassador and frontline representative for Snow Peak, responsible for creating excellent experiences for Campfield guests visiting our Campstore and Café. Classification FLSA: Non‑exempt Status: Part Time Compensation: $19 – $20 per hour Reports To: Campstore Manager Schedule: 16–24 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Essential Duties Support all operations at the Campstore, including food prep, food service, retail support, restocking, and cleaning. Respond to guest questions and escalate issues to lead or manager as needed. Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately in alignment with POS procedures. Support sales and merchandising of gear, apparel, supplies, food, and beverage. Educate customers on brand history, products, offers, promotions, and events. Increase sales and rentals by connecting with customers and asking open‑ended questions to make relevant suggestions. Execute all operational processes effectively and efficiently. Ensure that all health, safety, and security rules are followed. Contribute to a positive working environment by being approachable, respectful, responsible, and team oriented.
