Nurse Practitioner PRN

HPCIC is seeking a compassionate and flexible PRN Nurse Practitioner to support our hospice and palliative care services across multiple locations based on organizational need. This role may include hospice and palliative home visits, rounding in our Inpatient Unit (IPU), and providing palliative care consults at our local hospital.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable to a variety of care settings, and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach are essential, along with a deep respect for patients and families during serious illness and end-of-life care. Previous experience in hospice and palliative care preferred but not required.
