We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate daily operations, support field personnel, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and being the central point of communication between customers and operational teams.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule technicians, drivers, or field personnel to maximize efficiency and service levels.
• Monitor schedules and make real-time adjustments based on customer needs, traffic conditions, or operational changes.
• Serve as the primary communication link between customers, field teams, and management.
• Track work orders, service requests, and job completion status.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide updates on service timelines.
• Maintain accurate records within company systems and ensure all information is up to date.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist with route planning and resource allocation to improve productivity.
• Support daily operational reporting and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dispatching, scheduling, logistics, customer service, or operations experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling or dispatch software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in transportation, service, utilities, construction, or field operations environments.
• Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and route optimization tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and field staff.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Aurora, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
