Lab Technician

Job Title: Lab Technician Location: East Fishkill, NY Employment: Contract (12 months) Industry: semiconductor Compensation: $25-30/hr Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM What You'll Do Utilize the SEM tools to image defects of interest per customer request. Communicate with customers when needed for clarification of jobs and follow‑ups. Use dual‑beam FIB tools for cross‑sections and imaging as needed where SEM methods are insufficient. Train and execute on sample preparation for SRP (Spreading Resistance Profilometry) and AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy). Train and execute on sample preparations for TEM (involving the use of dual‑beam FIB tool) – providing ultra‑thin samples attached to lamellae for the TEM group. What You'll Bring Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Sciences. 2+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
