Your Role and Impact As a BCBA at Cortica,you’llplay a pivotal role in overseeingneurodiversity-affirmingclinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.You'lllead ateam of behavior technicians (BTs) , empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmentaldifferences. Qualifications and Requirements Master’s degree in human services or related field. Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
