Benefits Health Dental Vision Product samples for household use Role As a Quality Manager, you play a critical role in ensuring the products we send out into the world meet our high standards - and yours. You will: Develop, implement, and maintain the facility's Quality Management System. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Lead internal and external audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Oversee inspection, testing, and quality control processes across production operations. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. Manage nonconformance investigations and ensure timely resolution. Partner with production, engineering, supply chain, and customer service teams to resolve quality issues. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis. Manage and mentor quality staff, including inspectors, technicians, and quality engineers. Interface with customers and suppliers regarding quality concerns, audits, and improvement initiatives. Maintain documentation, procedures, and records in accordance with regulatory and company requirements. Qualifications A degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. 7+ years of quality management experience. Strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 or other relevant industry standards. Experience with quality tools including SPC, FMEA, CAPA, and root cause analysis. Proven leadership experience managing quality teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office tools. Proactive and adaptable mindset with a "can-do" attitude. #J-18808-Ljbffr
