HIRING: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
A leading healthcare provider is seeking a driven, experienced ADON to partner with our Director of Nursing and take patient care to the next level .
This is your chance to make a real impact in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
What You’ll DoLead nursing operations and staff performance
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
Drive quality through policies, procedures, and care standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs
Oversee audits, surveys, and quality initiatives
Champion staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development
Improve patient satisfaction, safety, and outcomes
Current RN license (state of practice)
Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field preferred
Proven leadership or management experience
Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines
EMR proficiency and excellent communication skills
