HIRING: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

A leading healthcare provider is seeking a driven, experienced ADON to partner with our Director of Nursing and take patient care to the next level .

This is your chance to make a real impact in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead nursing operations and staff performance

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards

  • Drive quality through policies, procedures, and care standards

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs

  • Oversee audits, surveys, and quality initiatives

  • Champion staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development

  • Improve patient satisfaction, safety, and outcomes

What You Bring

  • Current RN license (state of practice)

  • Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field preferred

  • Proven leadership or management experience

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines

  • EMR proficiency and excellent communication skills
