Position Overview:

Immigration Status:
J1 sponsorship available until 2027; H1B candidates are encouraged to apply.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday: Day shifts with no inter-site travel. Radiologists will share weekday and weekend duties equally, averaging 1:4.

Compensation Package:

• Onsite Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 for this full-time, onsite role.
• Teleradiology Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 for this full-time position.
• Productivity Incentive: Unlimited earning potential for productivity incentives.
• Additional Incentives: Eligible for up to $40,000 in quality, retention, and onsite incentives.
• CME Funds: Available for professional development.
• Work-Life Balance: No on-call duties! Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and CME Days.
• Leadership Opportunity: Potential for Radiology Medical Directorship based on experience.
• Breast Imaging: Preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO from an accredited medical institution.
• American Board Eligible, American Board Certified, or Canadian Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Ability to secure an unrestricted New York Medical License and obtain necessary credentials.
• DEA certification.
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as we prioritize delivering high-quality care in a compassionate and professional environment.

Salary Information:

Minimum Salary Range: $532,000
Maximum Salary Range: $600,000 (dependent on onsite vs. teleradiology).
