About the job CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Duties Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitoring and recording vital signs Assisting with medical procedures such as suture removal, IV infusion, and ventilator management Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals Assisting with patient transfers and mobility Providing emotional support to patients and their families Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients Skills Strong medical documentation skills to accurately record patient information Knowledge of primary care principles and practices Experience in home care or hospital settings Proficiency in performing basic medical procedures such as suture removal, IV infusion, ventilator management, and inhalation therapy Ability to perform venipuncture for blood draws and other diagnostic tests Experience working with children in a healthcare setting is preferred Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and skills.
