Evaluate the overall condition of the plumbing system and provide clear, honest recommendations when additional repairs or upgrades are needed. Focus on solving problems the right way while delivering a professional, high‑quality customer experience. Document work in ServiceTitan, communicate with the office team, and manage calls efficiently throughout the day. What We're Looking For Experience in drain cleaning or residential plumbing is required. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify underlying issues beyond the immediate blockage are essential. Candidates should be comfortable communicating with homeowners, explaining findings clearly, and working independently in the field. Organization, follow‑through, and professionalism are key. Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
