BizzyCar, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Representative to support our remote call center operations. You will convert service inquiries into scheduled and executed appointments, while logging all customer, vehicle, and appointment details accurately across our platform and dealer systems. You will work with BPO agents to ensure consistent messaging and service quality, report to the Assistant Call Center Manager, and aim to exceed targets for response time, conversion rate, and customer #J-18808-Ljbffr BizzyCar, Inc.
