Education

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kansas.
• Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to demonstrate unit-specific competencies within a reasonable orientation period and ongoing.
• Strong interpersonal skills characterized by integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence.
• For surgical services roles, availability for regular and holiday call with specified response times depending on assignment.
